The Swiss Association for Theatre Studies has published the Swiss Theatre Yearbook series since 1928. Until 2011, the aim of the yearbook was to present research and publish articles on important topics concerning Swiss theatre. The series was reimagined in 2011 and is now published under the title MIMOS. Swiss Theatre Yearbook. All editions published 1928-1988 are accessible on E-Periodica.
The Swiss Association for Theatre Studies is a non-profit association. Since its foundation in 1927, it has been committed to researching, documenting, and promoting the diversity of the performing arts in Switzerland, as well as encouraging dialogue between academics, artists, and audiences in all language regions of Switzerland and across national borders.
