The Swiss Group of Criminology was founded in 1974. Its goal consists in gathering experts and professionals to deal with contemporary topics in the field of criminology. Considering that science, research and practice mutually interact, the notion of criminology is understood here in its broadest sense.

From 1974 to 2001, the SGC published the journal Kriminologisches Bulletin, followed by the Swiss Review of Criminology from 2002 to 2019. Since 2020, the New Journal of Criminology and Crime Policy (NCrim) has been the official publication organ of the SGC.

NCrim is not accessible on E-Periodica.
