The journal was published from 1957-1986 as Mitteilungsblatt für die Schweizer im Fürstentum Liechtenstein. Afterwards the title changed several times. From 1990 the journal was called Schweizer Bulletin. It served as a newsletter for the Swiss living in the Principality of Liechtenstein and was published four times a year by the board of the Swiss Association in Liechtenstein. The Swiss revue finally replaced the Schweizer Bulletin in 1992. The Swiss Association of the Principality of Liechtenstein continued to publish its messages in the form of regional news in the Swiss revue.
