The magazine Schweizer Frauenblatt was published by the Bund Schweizerischer Frauenvereine and the German-speaking counterpart of the Mouvement féministe. It was founded 1919 in Aarau and is therefore one of the oldest magazines for the Swiss women's movement. It was meant to raise awareness of the political, economic and social position of women and for women's suffrage. In 1979 the magazine changed its title to Mir Fraue. In 1989 there was another title change to Zeitspiegel Frau before the magazine ceased publication altogether in 1990.
