The magazine Journal : das Magazin von Parkinson Schweiz, published by Parkinson Schweiz, appears four times a year. It offers information about Parkinson's disease, the activities of the society, news from research, therapy and care, as well as tips for living with Parkinson's. The magazine is distributed to the association's members as well as to doctors, therapists and nursing professionals.

From 1985-1991, the journal was published under the title Mitteilungsblatt der Schweizerischen Parkinsonvereinigung. The first title change to Parkinson : das Magazin von Parkinson Schweiz took place in 1992. From the second issue of 2022, the trilingual magazine was split into three language parts and adopted the current title.
