Since 1915, the Freethinkers Association of Switzerland has published a German-language magazine each month. Until 1953 it was even available to buy at newsstands. Today Frei denken is primarily a magazine for members of the Association, but is also sent to a loyal base of subscribers at home and abroad and is found in libraries and reading rooms all over Switzerland.
