Dissonanz / Dissonance was published four times a year by the Swiss Association of Musicians in the years 1984-2018. The journal documented current music-making with scholarly works, essays, analyses and reviews. From 1998-2003, the title appeared in two language versions (German and French); this change was reversed in 2004. The journal finally ceased publication in 2018.
